2. Your Account & Security

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. FitPointZ is not liable for any loss due to compromised account security, phishing attacks, or user error.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Similar to social platforms, users may post content (videos, streams, comments). You retain ownership rights to your content, but you grant FitPointZ a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

At FitPointZ, we respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our fitness platform. By using the app, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

Health & Fitness Data: To enable "Move-to-Earn," we collect data from your device sensors, including steps, heart rate, and GPS location during active workouts. This data is verified to award FitPoints.

Transaction Data: We store records of your earned points and redeemed rewards.

Usage Data: We track your interactions within the app, such as streams watched, creators followed, and items purchased, to improve our algorithms and the AI Coach.

3. How We Use Your Information

Service Provision: To track workouts, verify Proof-of-Activity, and distribute rewards.

AI Personalization: Our AI Coach uses your activity data to generate personalized meal plans and workout routines.

Safety & Security: To detect fraud (e.g., GPS spoofing) and ensure fair distribution of rewards.

4. Sharing Your Information

With Influencers: If you subscribe to a Creator ("Don"), limited data (username, subscription status) is shared with them to fulfill perks.

Third-Party Service Providers: We use trusted providers for cloud hosting, analytics, and customer support.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

5. Your Rights & Choices

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal account data stored on our servers.

6. Children's Privacy

FitPointZ is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover such data, we will delete it immediately.
